How to Make A Net Bag:

Step-by-Step

You may need to study the pictures before attempting this.  Once you do it, it is fairly easy.

Step 1:: Measure 4 separate lengths of twine, 4 meters each. Jute twine or Hemp is ok.

Fold 1 piece in half
Step 2: Make a 10 cm overhand loop with the folded piece at the fold.  This loop will be the bottom of the net bag.
 
Step 3: Fold a second piece of twine in half, and join to first piece as shown...

Step4: ...using an overhand knot.

Step5: Fold third and fourth pieces of twine in  half and add to the original loop...

Step 6: ...in the same way as the second piece was added...

Step 7: ...forming a square...

 

Step8: You will end up with 2 strings radiating from each, corner,making 8 ropes.

Step 9: Place square on bottom of bottle.

Step 10

Step 11: Tie making an overhand knot.

Step 12: Repeat process, going around the whole bottle...

Step 16: ...until you've reached the desired height.

Step 17: Separate 4 strings on one side, and four on the other.Twist each side to make a carrying sash that goes over the shoulder.

  

Step 18: Join 2 sides together, and wrap join with an extra
 piece of twine.
